The storm forced millions to evacuate and caused billions of dollars in property damage, leaving countless Florida families without safe, stable housing.
Timberline led a key part of Florida’s long-term recovery through the Rebuild Florida Hurricane Irma CDBG-DR Program. Our team replaced 365 storm-damaged mobile homes with new, code-compliant manufactured housing units across more than 40 counties. We built each home to meet modern wind and flood standards, strengthening safety and durability. By delivering these resilient homes, Timberline restored housing stability for hundreds of families and supported Florida’s broader recovery and disaster preparedness efforts.
