The Estates – TX

Timberline managed estimating and construction for a 162-unit manufactured housing expansion for Yes! Communities in Princeton, TX. We provided upfront budget pricing and ensured accurate cost tracking throughout the project.

Our team completed all site grading, excavation, underground utilities, paving, and infrastructure. We used AutoCAD Civil 3D, Agtek, and Bluebeam for cost analysis and material takeoffs to maximize efficiency.

Drone topographic scans helped assess site conditions and spot issues early. We worked closely with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, streamline procurement, and reduce risk.

Hurricane Irma (CDBG-DR) – Rebuild Florida Program

Hurricane Irma struck Florida in September 2017, unleashing winds over 130 mph and driving massive storm surge that devastated homes, infrastructure, and entire communities across the state. The storm forced millions to evacuate and caused billions of dollars in property damage, leaving countless Florida families without safe, stable housing.

Timberline led a key part of Florida’s long-term recovery through the Rebuild Florida Hurricane Irma CDBG-DR Program. Our team replaced 365 storm-damaged mobile homes with new, code-compliant manufactured housing units across more than 40 counties. We built each home to meet modern wind and flood standards, strengthening safety and durability. By delivering these resilient homes, Timberline restored housing stability for hundreds of families and supported Florida’s broader recovery and disaster preparedness efforts.

Tropicana

After Hurricane Ian, Timberline partnered with Lee County and local engineers to fast-track design, permitting, and mobilization for the Osprey Bay Community.

We’ve completed 68 elevated manufactured homes—each raised 4.5 to 5 feet to meet flood zone standards. Work includes home installations, interior finishes, carports, storage sheds, garages, driveways, and full utility hookups.

Timberline continues to build resilient housing for the community.
